1. Overview
QC Pouch, operated by Quanzhou Qiancai Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd., ships custom pouches and packaging bags worldwide from our factory in Quanzhou, Fujian, China. We offer multiple shipping methods to balance speed and cost based on your order size and destination.
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Please specify your preferred term when requesting a quote.

3. Shipping Terms
EXW (Ex Works) — Quanzhou Factory
You arrange pickup from our factory. We prepare the goods for collection at the agreed time. You handle all transportation, export clearance, and insurance from that point.
FOB (Free on Board) — Xiamen / Fuzhou Port
We deliver the goods to the port and handle export clearance. You arrange ocean freight and insurance from the port of departure.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight)
We arrange and pay for shipping and insurance to your destination port. You handle import customs clearance and final delivery. Best for buyers without a freight forwarder.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We manage the entire process — export, shipping, import customs, duties, taxes, and delivery to your door. You receive the goods with nothing to handle. Available for most major destinations. Ask for a DDP quote.
4. Production + Shipping Timeline
Total time from order confirmation to delivery depends on both production and shipping:

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Order weight and volume
- Shipping method (express / air / sea)
- Destination country and postal code
- Shipping term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP)
Shipping cost is quoted separately with your order quotation. We provide an all-in estimate so there are no surprises. For DDP shipments, duties and taxes are included in the quote.
Tip: Sea freight is the most economical for orders over 50kg. Express courier is ideal for samples and orders under 30kg. Tell us your timeline and we’ll recommend the best method.
6. Order Tracking
- Express & Air: Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Sea Freight: Bill of Lading (B/L) number and vessel tracking provided once loaded.
- DDP: We provide door-to-door tracking updates throughout.
7. Customs & Duties
- FOB / EXW: You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country.
- CIF: We cover freight and insurance to your port. You handle import clearance and duties.
- DDP: We handle everything — duties, taxes, and customs clearance included.
For non-DDP shipments, we provide all necessary documentation to support smooth customs clearance:

8. Shipping Insurance
We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments (approximately 0.3–0.5% of the declared value):
- Covers loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- Claims processed within 7–14 days.
- DDP and CIF shipments include basic insurance. Additional coverage available on request.
Shipments without insurance are at the buyer’s risk. Carrier liability for uninsured goods is limited by international convention.
9. Packaging
All orders are packed for safe international transit:
- Inner: Products packed in poly bags or individual wrapping.
- Outer: Double-wall export-grade corrugated cartons.
- Palletization: Available for large orders at no extra charge.
- Custom Packaging: Branded inner cartons, hang tags, and retail-ready packaging available (added to production timeline).
10. Delays
While we strive to meet all quoted timelines, the following circumstances may cause delays beyond our control:
- Customs inspection at origin or destination
- Port congestion or vessel schedule changes
- Severe weather affecting transport routes
- Holiday periods (Chinese New Year, Golden Week, Christmas peak season)
We will notify you immediately if we anticipate any delay and provide updated delivery estimates. We recommend ordering with buffer time for seasonal events.
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Check packages before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Insured Shipments: We assist with filing a claim. Resolution typically within 7–14 business days.
- Uninsured Shipments: Limited to carrier standard liability. QC Pouch is not liable for uninsured transit loss or damage.
- Reporting: Report damage within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos to [email protected].
12. Free Sample Shipping
- Stock samples: free — you cover shipping only.
- Custom samples: production cost is refundable upon bulk order.
- Sample shipping: express courier only (DHL/FedEx/UPS), typically 3–5 days.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ: 100 pcs per color/size. Custom logo or color matching may require 200-500 pcs depending on the printing method. Sample packs of 1-10 pieces are always available for testing. Bulk pricing kicks in at 500 / 1000 / 5000 / 10000+ pcs.
Can I order a small batch with custom logo?
Yes, small-batch orders under 200 pcs are accepted. The per-unit price will be higher (typically 20-40% premium over bulk rates), but it's a great way to test the market before committing to a large order.
How do I get a price quote?
Send us: bag type + material + size + quantity + logo (yes/no) + delivery country. We reply with a quotation and free digital mockup within 24 hours. No commitment required.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — tiered pricing at 100 / 500 / 1000 / 5000 / 10000+ pcs. For annual purchasing plans, we also offer framework agreements with locked-in pricing.
Can I mix colors or sizes in one order?
Yes. Mixed-color orders are common — each color variant counts toward the total quantity for bulk pricing. For RTS (ready-to-ship) stock items, many bulk case packs allow color assortments.
What file formats do you accept for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for crisp results. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI) is also acceptable. If you have Pantone color codes, include them for exact matching.
No design yet — can you suggest something?
Absolutely. Tell us your brand style, preferred colors, and budget, and our design team will create 2-3 free mockups for you to choose from.
Can I combine different bag styles in one order?
Yes, but each style (different material, size, or closure type) is treated as a separate production batch. Combining styles may affect the per-unit price. We recommend grouping same-material items for the best rate.
OEM & Custom Orders
Do you offer full OEM and custom logo services?
Yes — we provide complete OEM/ODM service: custom logo (screen print, hot foil, embroidery, emboss/deboss, digital transfer, woven label), custom colors (Pantone matched), custom sizing, private label, and custom packaging. MOQ from 100 pcs.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes — MOQ 500 pcs for custom Pantone matching. We send a physical dyed swatch for your approval before production. For smaller orders, we have 50+ ready colors to choose from.
Can you produce from my own design or sample?
Yes — full ODM manufacturing. Send us your tech pack, sketches, or a reference sample. We'll produce a pre-production sample for your approval. Typical timeline: 4-6 weeks, MOQ 200-500 pcs for fully custom designs.
Will my design be kept confidential?
Absolutely. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before you share any design files. Your intellectual property is never shared with third parties.
Do you offer custom packaging and retail labeling?
Yes — branded poly bags, hang tags, woven labels, barcode stickers (UPC/EAN), inner cartons, and display-ready packaging. We can prepare your order Amazon FBA ready.
Can you add internal padding or inserts?
Yes, we can add foam, felt, or velvet inserts for extra protection — ideal for fragile items like watches, jewelry, or electronics.
Can I customize the drawstring or cord?
Yes — choose from satin ribbon (elegant), cotton cord (natural look), Chinese knot (traditional/festive), woven tape (strong and durable), or PP cord (industrial). Custom cord colors available.

Which material is best for jewelry packaging?
Velvet is the most popular choice — soft, luxurious, won't scratch. Microfiber is best for anti-tarnish protection. Satin for a lighter, glossy presentation. Suede for a structured, premium look. Tell us your jewelry type (rings, necklaces, watches) and we'll recommend the best option.
Will the lining scratch jewelry or cause tarnish?
No — our pouches use soft, lint-free, sulfur-free materials. We also offer anti-tarnish lining specifically designed to keep silver and gold jewelry bright for 18+ months.
What's the difference between flocked and woven velvet?
Flocked velvet: fibers are electrostatically applied to adhesive — lower cost, can shed over time, fine for one-time gifting. Woven velvet: fibers are woven into the fabric — softer, more durable, no shedding. We recommend woven velvet for retail or long-term use.
Are the bags waterproof?
Standard pouches are not waterproof. However, we offer: PE inner lining for moisture protection, water-repellent coating on select fabrics, and polyester material which is water-resistant. For full submersion protection, discuss your needs with us.
Will the color fade or fabric pill over time?
We use colorfastness grade 4+ dyes — colors hold up well under normal use. For retail display, ask about our UV-resistant treatment. Woven velvet and cotton canvas are the most durable; flocked velvet and organza show wear faster.
How does polyester compare to cotton for durability?
Polyester: more water-resistant, tear-resistant, lightweight, suitable for repeated use and shipping. Cotton: natural, breathable feel, stronger sustainability appeal, biodegradable. Choose polyester for protection/durability, cotton for eco-branding.
Are eco-friendly and sustainable materials available?
Yes — GRS-certified recycled polyester (rPET), organic cotton (GOTS available), biodegradable jute and linen, recycled velvet. We also offer plastic-free packaging options for the entire order.

What logo printing methods do you offer?

Will the logo rub off or fade?
Durability depends on the method: Hot foil and embroidery are highly durable and last the life of the bag. Screen print is durable under normal use. Digital transfer is good for display but less abrasion-resistant. Tell us how the bag will be used (retail display, shipping, everyday carry) and we'll recommend accordingly.
Can you print on both sides? Multiple colors?
Yes — we can print on both sides and in multiple colors. Multi-color prints add a per-color plate/setup fee (one-time charge). Budget tip: 1-2 color designs are the most cost-effective.
What's the best logo method for velvet bags?
Hot foil stamping and embroidery work best on velvet — both complement the fabric's plush texture. Screen print is also possible for simpler designs. Digital transfer is not recommended for velvet because the plush surface can cause adhesion issues.
Can you print on organza bags?
Custom printing on sheer organza is limited due to the fabric's texture and transparency. Popular alternatives for branding: ribbon tags, stickers, tie-on cards, or custom-printed insert cards placed inside the bag.
Can leather bags be custom branded?
Yes — embossing, debossing, and foil stamping work beautifully on both genuine and PU leather, creating a subtle branded effect directly on the material.

How many sizes do I need for my product line?
Most brands find 2-3 sizes cover their entire product range. Using too many custom sizes increases cost and complexity. We can help you audit your product dimensions and suggest the optimal size set.
What size should a tote bag be?
Standard promotional totes: 35×40 cm · Large shopping totes: 40×45 cm · Heavy-duty: 45×50 cm. We make custom sizes for any requirement.
Do you make mini or sample-size pouches?

Can I get samples before bulk production?
Yes — samples produced in 3-5 business days. Stock samples (existing colors/sizes): free, buyer covers shipping. Custom samples (your logo/color/size): refundable fee credited toward your bulk order.
How long does production take?
After deposit + sample approval: RTS stock items: ships immediately · Custom logo (stock bag): 14-18 days · Full custom (new size/color/material): 21-28 days. Rush production (7-10 days) available on request.
What is your quality control process?
4-stage QC: ① Raw fabric inspection · ② In-line checks during production (every 2 hours) · ③ AQL 2.5 final inspection on finished goods · ④ Pre-shipment count and pack verification. QC reports with photos provided. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek, BV) available at buyer's request.
What if I receive defective goods?
Notify us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos. We will replace, issue credit, or refund depending on the defect type and quantity. Quality issues are extremely rare — our AQL 2.5 standard catches 98%+ before shipping.
Do you offer third-party inspection?
Yes — SGS, Intertek, and BV inspections are welcome. Cost is approximately $200-350 per inspection day. We ship only after you approve the inspection report.
How do I care for my pouches?
Velvet & satin: spot clean, avoid machine washing · Cotton & canvas: machine washable · Polyester & microfiber: machine washable, air dry · Leather (genuine): keep away from moisture and direct sun, condition periodically · PU leather: wipe clean with damp cloth · Organza: hand wash gentle, do not wring.
RTS — Ready to Ship
What does "Ready to Ship" (RTS) mean?
RTS products are already manufactured and held in stock at our warehouse. They ship immediately without the production lead time required for custom orders — ideal for time-sensitive events or buyers who need products fast.
What RTS products are available?

Can I add my logo to an RTS product?
Select RTS stock colors and sizes support quick-turn logo printing (screen print or hot foil) without requiring a full custom production run. Ask which options qualify — turnaround is typically faster than fully custom orders.
How fast do RTS items ship?
RTS items ship within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Transit time depends on the shipping method: DHL/FedEx 3-5 days, sea freight 18-35 days.
Are clearance items lower quality?
No — clearance items are overstock, discontinued colors, or previous-season styles, not defective merchandise. They're made with the same materials and quality standards as our regular products, simply discounted to clear inventory.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. After building a relationship (3+ successful orders), we can discuss Net 30 or 50/50 terms for repeat buyers.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank wire) for large orders · PayPal for orders under $2,000 · Alibaba Trade Assurance (escrow protection). All transactions in USD.
Is it safe to pay a deposit before receiving my order?
Yes — the 30/70 structure limits your risk. We encourage you to request production progress photos and videos before releasing the balance. Trade Assurance provides additional escrow protection for Alibaba orders.
Can I get credit terms as a repeat buyer?
After 3 successful orders with QC Pouch, we can discuss 50/50 terms or Net 30 payment on a case-by-case basis.
