By default, all quotations are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs, duties, and taxes. To request a quote in a different currency or a CIF/FOB shipping estimate, please specify your target order quantity.

• Production Start: Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of the deposit or full payment.
• Shipping Policy: Shipments are released strictly after we receive your full payment.

• Stock Samples: Free of charge (Courier cost applies).
• Customized Samples: A sample fee applies depending on complexity (Courier cost applies).
• Shipping: Samples are sent via express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS).

🚚 Delivery & Lead Time

Production Lead Time: Varies by product type and quantity. The time provided refers to production time only and excludes transit time.

Shipping Methods: We utilize Express Couriers, Air Freight, or Sea Freight depending on your order volume and urgency. Estimated transit times are available upon request.

🎨 Logo Processing & Artwork

We offer multiple branding techniques including Silk-screen Printing, Hot Stamping, Embroidery, and Debossing (subject to material compatibility).

File Requirements: Please provide vector format files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .CDR, or .PDF) for plate/block setup to ensure high-quality reproduction.

📦 Packaging

Standard packaging includes poly bags and export cartons. We also offer OEM Packaging Solutions (e.g., gift boxes, header cards) with your company logo or branding upon request.

🛡️ Warranty & Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes strict inspection before shipping. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to repairing or replacing defective items.

❌ Cancellation Policy

All orders are considered final and binding once the invoice is issued or the sales contract is signed. Cancellations are not accepted after this stage to ensure production schedule integrity.
